Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, sour cream, chopped bell peppers, cumin powder, and onion powder. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Equally distribute the chicken mixture among the tortillas, placing the filling in the center of each.
3. Fold the sides of each tortilla over the filling, then roll them up tightly to form a wrap.
