Epicure Culinary Month returns to Sofitel Dubai The Palm

January 23-24: The Art of Butchery 

Porterhouse Bar and Grill is proud to host French Master Butcher Chef Imad Manseri for a two-day culinary showcase celebrating the finest in butchery and French beef. Guests will be treated to a unique experience as Chef Manseri presents a trolley showcasing premium cuts from five distinguished French cattle breeds: Charolais, Limousin, Blonde d’Aquitaine, Salers, and Montbéliarde.

The specially curated menu is AED350 per person, with an optional grape pairing available for AED125. À la carte options will also be offered. 

February 7: Four Hands Dinner 

Experience a one-of-a-kind dining event as Executive Chefs Daniel Hillier of Sofitel Dubai The Palm and Russell Impiazzi of Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk unite for a special four-hands dinner at Porterhouse Bar and Grill.

Priced at AED250 per person, with an optional AED150 grape pairing, or à la carte available.

February 21-22: Evening with Truffle Master Massimo Vidoni 

Join Truffle Master Massimo Vidoni at Laguna Beach Taverna & Lounge for a weekend of truffle-infused delicacies, live entertainment, and more.

AED450 per person, with à la carte options available.

February 22: EPICURE Brunch  

Celebrate the grand finale of EPICURE with a beachside brunch at Maui Beachside, featuring Sofitel’s culinary team and special guests Truffle Master Massimo Vidoni and Master Butcher Imad Manseri (from AED250 per person).

Moana’s award-winning seafood restaurant presents a month of weekly seafood experiences, starting with Dibba Oyster Week (January 24–31) at AED10 each, followed by the Crudo Bar Experience (February 1–7) for AED95, Sushi & Sashimi Week (February 8–13) for AED199, and Fish Hook Week (February 16–28) at AED125.

Celebrate the Lunar New Year with a special set menu at Hong Loong (AED195 per person), or enjoy a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner at Porterhouse Bar and Grill, Laguna Beach Taverna & Lounge, or Moana, with live entertainment and special menus (from AED700 per couple). Laguna Beach Taverna & Lounge also offers zero-waste mixology classes (AED175 per person).
