Ingredients:
- Pizza dough – store bought or homemade, enough for two 12-inch pizzas
- Caesar salad dressing – or dressing of choice, like ranch honey mustard
- Rotisserie chicken
- Mozzarella cheese – or cheese of choice, like provolone or Swiss
- Crumbled bacon – cooked and chopped, not pre-made bacon bits
- Butter – salted or unsalted
- Parmesan cheese

Recipe:
Fold the Caesar salad dressing, rotisserie chicken, mozzarella cheese, and crumbled bacon in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.

Roll your pizza dough out into two large sheets about 6×14 inches. Fill the center of each dough sheet with half of the chicken filling. Fold the short ends over the filling and then fold the long edges over, like you are closing a box.
About the Cheese
Freshly shredded cheese will melt more easily and be much more creamy than bagged cheese.
For the parmesan cheese, use fresh parmesan instead of the bottled stuff. You want bigger shreds of cheese to sprinkle on top of your chicken bakes.

Gently turn your chicken bakes over and place them seam side down on a 9×13 inch baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Melt your butter and brush the tops of your chicken bakes. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top, and then bake your chicken bakes. Bake until golden brown

Storage
You can store your chicken bakes in the fridge for up to 5 days. The best way to reheat them is in the air fryer for about 5-7 minutes at 350°F. If you haven’t already, you might need to cut them in half to make them fit in the basket.
